Basmati riž z divjimi šparglji in panceto

Sestavine:
250 g basmati riža Lima
½ kg divjih špargljev
sol
čebula
strok česna
panceta
parmezan
žlica masla

Postopek:
Najprej skuhamo riž. Riž dobro operemo in ga v vroči, rahlo soljeni vodi kuhamo približno 30 min. V ponvi popražimo narezano čebulo, šparglje in česen. Popraženi čebuli dodamo na kocke narezano panceto in na hitro popražimo. Ko se riž skuha, ga dodamo zelenjavi in dobro premešamo. Dodamo naribano pest parmezana in žlico masla. Po potrebi dodamo žlico ali dve vode, v kateri smo skuhali riž. Dobro premešamo in postrežemo.
